&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;sliceof whole wheat bread with one tbsp of natural peanut butter and half a sliced banana &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sliced apple with one tbsp of natural peanut butter&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;small fruit salad with a dozen almonds &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Luna bars (various flavors, but chocolate smore is my all time favorite!) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Post Workout &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;sliced turkey meat &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;chocolate protein shake (I keep a container of whey protein powder in my locker at the gym, so I usually just add water to it, but if I’m at home I can get creative)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;low fat or fat free greek yogurt &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cottage cheese with cut up strawberries &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;veggies + hummus (usually combined with a little turkey meat on the side for extra protein)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;YUM YUM YUM. &lt;/p&gt;

BUT, I packed a Boca burger that&amp;#8217;s gonna go on sandwich thins, and topped with avocado, tomatoes, spinach and arugala with horseradish cheese. MmmM! Oh yeah, and a little ketchup :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tonight we went to Body Pump class with uses barbell the majority of the time. Oh my, was it tough or what!?!??! My arms were shaking towards the end of class, and my heaviest weights were just 7.5 pounds on either ends, which I didn&amp;#8217;t even use the majority of the time :( Seriously, the pregnant lady (very pregnant) next to us was kicking our asses. More motivation for next time, right?! The instructor said we burned about 600 calories in that one hour, but I think for me and my sister, maybe 300. Lol. We were struggling so much. Came home from work, went to the gym for cardio jam class and boy did it kick my butt! Got out of class and saw Ms. Rasamee who was supposed to be in cardio jam with me but claimed that she didn&amp;#8217;t get that part of the text (lies!). She was waiting for Zumba, so I decided to do Zumba with her too&amp;#8230;two hours of classes. My legs kind of feel like jello!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Came home and the hubby made me dinner :) He&amp;#8217;s afraid I&amp;#8217;m not getting enough protein, so he made me a veggie burger with an egg on top and smashed beans as the paste. It was pretty good (had to throw some spinach on there of course).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This was day six of no meat :) Wait, I lied. I came home today and ate an eggroll. The second one I bit into was a pork one :( I saved the rest for Steve. &lt;p&gt;Saturday morning I went to Zumba class, then over to Nyab&amp;#8217;s for Michael&amp;#8217;s fourth birthday party. It was just a small event with our family and hers. She made qhob pia with chicken, so I had to give Steve all my chicken. I think I&amp;#8217;m okay with just the chicken broth and noodles hehe. She also made some sausages that smelled so good, but I had to refrain. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sunday morning Hon and I went to the gym for some upper body workouts before church. I feel good so far about my arms. They aren&amp;#8217;t even sore today, so that means I need to bump my weights up! :D :D I definitely want nice toned defined arms. After church we went over to Nyabs again cause my fatty sisters wanted to make eggrolls. I made a veggie batch with spinach added. Mmm, they turned out pretty good. You couldn&amp;#8217;t really tell the difference, and even less when dunked in hot pepper sauce :D Almost blew my diet for some roasted pork, but, I guilted myself out of it. Lol.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weight this week wasn&amp;#8217;t too good; not much of a difference, went up a bit actually. I&amp;#8217;m hoping its cause of all my muscle gain :D :D LOL. I know I need to cut back on the portions. I&amp;#8217;m going to the gym often and eating healthier, I don&amp;#8217;t know why I&amp;#8217;m sabotaging myself with over eating!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, once again, sorry for all my lame blogging ;P It just helps me remember what I&amp;#8217;m doing fitness wise. &lt;p&gt;One way or another, collar bones, flat stomach, killer curves, I&amp;#8217;m gonna getcha getcha! &amp;#8230;but, I&amp;#8217;d love it if I can lose some face fat, some boobage and stomach fat right off the bat :P&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Plans for Feb: ab exercises everyday, cut down on my meat intake. I bought a ton of veggies last night and even bought some tofu burgers. Lets see how far this gets me&amp;#8230;or how long I stick with it ;) Also, take a few other classes at the gym besides Zumba, probably body pump (full body workout) and cardio jam. &lt;/p&gt;</description><link>http://mvanglee.tumblr.com/post/16756662967</link><guid>http://mvanglee.tumblr.com/post/16756662967</guid><pubDate>Mon, 30 Jan 2012 05:56:00 -0600</pubDate></item><item><title>Hm...?</title><description>&lt;p&gt;This morning as I was getting ready to go to the gym and made myself a little snack (english muffin topped with Chobani Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese by the way), I was surprised to see that our fridge barely had any food in there. My husband hasn&amp;#8217;t mentioned a thing. Then I started thinking about how lucky I am that he doesn&amp;#8217;t complain about me not cooking (to be honest, I haven&amp;#8217;t really been cooking at all since my brother and sister in law moved out. We&amp;#8217;ve just been eating easy meals, which is okay with us.) That he doesn&amp;#8217;t expect me to cook him a warm meal every single day just because I am the woman and I am his wife. As long as we have sandwich meat, eggs, and noodles, he fends for himself and always offers to make me something too. He doesn&amp;#8217;t hold a grudge against me or demands anything (heyy, this is probably why he&amp;#8217;s been losing weight!). Anywayy, back to my story, I decided to cook a little something out of what we do have. I ended up make some pork stir fry with tomatoes (didn&amp;#8217;t have enough so I had to bust out a can of them), carrots, onions and cilantro. Of course, when he got up and realized that I&amp;#8217;ve made him breakfast (maybe brunch by then), he comes over and hugs and thanks me. I&amp;#8217;m not sure I know of many guys who thanks their women for cooking them a meal&amp;#8230;and I&amp;#8217;m happy he appreciates it, but then I start thinking, gosh, have I not been taking care of him enough? Am I a horrible wife? Person? I actually DO enjoy cooking; I think I&amp;#8217;m just lazy?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And then I start thinking about how awful I am to him because I always expect things from him. Buuttt, what can I do when I just want him to do well in school and step up and help support us? For him to stop playing video games? And THEN, as I was getting ready earlier and putting makeup on and straightening my hair, it also crosses my mind about how he always always think I&amp;#8217;m the cutest thing around and how beautiful I am (okay, I&amp;#8217;m really not), and how he hates it when I put makeup on. He thinks I look beautiful without any makeup, and prefers me without it. He&amp;#8217;s never called me any names, thinks I&amp;#8217;m perfect the way I am (I always tell him he needs to lose a few pounds&amp;#8230;yeah, yeah, I&amp;#8217;m horrible! He never tells me that ever even though I know I need to), and always holds my hands in parking lots because he&amp;#8217;s scared I&amp;#8217;m going to slip and fall.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m not sure where I&amp;#8217;m going with this, but&amp;#8230;I know I need to be better to him&amp;#8230;it&amp;#8217;s just that he has annoying habits! Haha, see, there I go again :P&lt;/p&gt;
